Preferred minimum stay is 3 nights, but please inquire about shorter stays.

**For stays of less than 3 nights, a $100 cleaning fee will be added.
Pets (upon approval) are welcome. There is a $10 per night, per pet fee. (Please note: Pets are not allowed on the furniture, should not be left unattended in the house unless crated and owners must follow all local ordinances regarding pets. For instance there is local barking ordinance.)
7% MT State Lodging Tax is not included in the above rates. This will be billed with your final payment, which is due 30 days prior to your stay.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, which is refundable (minus a $200 administrative/cancellation fee) up to 60 days in advance. This is payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or by check. (Booked dates will be held for 5 business days. If your check is not received within this 5 day period, you may lose your reservation.) Final payment is due 30 days prior to your stay and will automatically be billed to your credit card, unless you specify otherwise. If you are booking within the 30 day time period, full payment will be due upon booking.
Full payment for rental is due 30 days prior to intended stay, at which point the fee is non-refundable. Should you decide to cancel prior to 60 days before your stay, your deposit minus a $200 administrative fee will be returned to you within 30 days. Cancellation notice must be received by email or phone call before 60 days prior to your stay. Should you cancel within 60 days of your stay, you forfeit any deposit paid to reserve time at Belle. It may be possible to exchange your deposit rental fee for another time within the same calendar year, in which case you will incur only a $100 admin/change fee.
Once you have received the confirmation letter, this policy is in effect.
BELLE MAISON, LLC does not charge a damage deposit, however, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage, beyond ordinary wear and tear, that may occur as a result of your stay. (Normal wear and tear is never considered as damage.)
